Star Energy Geothermal (SEG) terus berupaya untuk meningkatkan tingkat kepatuhan pada area Pendelegasian Wewenang (Delegation of Authority – DOA). Tujuan kami adalah untuk memperbaiki kontrol, proses yang lebih efisien dan pendelegasian wewenang sesuai dengan kebijakan DOA yang berlaku. Untuk menunjang tujuan tersebut, Tim ICC and ITBI telah membuat versi terbaru dari sistem TDOA. Ruang lingkup proyek peningkatan sistem TDOA diantaranya:
- Dapat di akses tanpa VPN
- Sesuai dengan kebijakan DOA yang berlaku seperti:
- Kemudahan pendelegasian tehnikal (ke bawahan) dan finansial (rekan sejawat / eskalasi ke atasan)
- Pembatasan TDOA yang tidak lebih dari 1 bulan
- Penambahan kontrol pada spesimen tanda tangan
- Kemudahan pencarian/pelacakan historis TDOA, dll.

Star Energy Geothermal (SEG) would like to continue to improve the level of compliance in the area of Delegation of Authority (DOA). Our goal is to improve controls, streamline processes and delegate authority in accordance with the applicable DOA policy. To support these objectives, ICC and ITBI team have created an updated version of the TDOA system. The scope of the TDOA system upgrade project includes:
- Accessible without VPN
- In accordance with applicable DOA policy as follows:
- Easy delegation of technical (to subordinate) and financial (to peer / escalation to leader)
- TDOA restriction of no more than 1 month
- Added control on specimen signature
- Ease of searching/tracking historical TDOA, etc.
