Performance Appraisal Management System (PAMS) Opening
Penilaian kinerja 2017 akan dilaksanakan untuk mendokumentasikan kesepakatan dan hasil kinerja dalam tahun berjalan antara pegawai dan pimpinan kerja. Hal ini untuk mendukung pencapaian sasaran bisnis Perusahaan dan juga sebagai suatu cara pegawai dan pimpinan kerja merencanakan, mengelola, dan mendokumentasikan kinerja pegawai.
Training Plan & Implementation Program (TPIP)
Seiring dengan proses PAMS, Perusahaan juga akan membuka pengajuan rencana pelatihan tahunan bagi pegawai berdasarkan hasil diskusi pimpinan kerja dengan pegawai dalam PAMS Opening. Pengajuan rencana pelatihan harus berdasarkan kebutuhan bisnis dan hasil penilaian terhadap kesenjangan kompetensi pegawai. Hasil diskusi harus didokumentasikan di dalam formulir Skill Gap and Training Need Analysis (SGTNA) dan Training Request untuk diserahkan kepada tim HR Training. Proses lebih rinci mengenai pengajuan rencana pelatihan akan disampaikan pada sesi sosialisasi.
Sehubungan dengan hal di atas, bersama ini kami sampaikan tindaklanjut untuk pelaksanaan kedua aktivitas tersebut:

Performance Appraisal Management System (PAMS)
The 2017 performance appraisal will be implemented to document performance agreement and result in the current year between employees and leaders. This is to support the achievement of Company objectives and to provide a means for employee and supervisor to plan, manage and document employee’s performance.
Training Plan & Implementation Program (TPIP)
Along with PAMS process, Company will also commence training plan submission for all employees based on discussion with leaders during PAMS opening. Training plan submission should be based on business needs and assessment on employee’s skill/competency gap. The discussion result has to be documented in Skill Gap and Training Need Analysis (SGTNA) and Training Request Form and submitted to HR Training team. Detailed process regarding training plan submission will be informed in socialization session.
